I'm an Egyptian guy, a
regular one. I was born in Egypt in 27th of June 1996, but I moved
to live in Saudi Arabia and stayed there for almost 12 years till 5th
grade.
In Saudi Arabia people
are separated and everyone lives on his own, you also can't go anywhere without
having a car with air conditioning in it because it's always stifling there. In
such environment, it was hard (rather impossible) to have friends outside my
school, so I didn't have any experience in dealing with people or in life in
general. The only thing I could do is to study or sit on the computer, and therefore
I loved computers and started to gradually improve my skills. But I didn't
really learn anything useful.
After finishing 5th
grade I stayed in Egypt for a year (6th grade), but Egypt is exactly
the opposite of Saudi Arabia, people in one neighbor/district know each other and
live like one big happy family, you can easily go anywhere without having a
car, the weather is nearly 5 degrees lower than it is in Saudi Arabia. You can
make friends anywhere you go and easily communicate and get on well with everyone.
So I made friends and, step
by step, I learnt how to deal with people. Also, I became good with computer
because I knew some experts and who to ask for information and where to get
data from. I also had a good education and my mind began to collect big amounts
of information and accommodate them easily and quickly.
After that year I returned
to Saudi Arabia and became the first of my school, district, and of all country.
Then I returned to Egypt to settle down permanently and have a quiet, peaceful
life.
I'm writing this blog because
I saw the idea in a TV series and I liked it a lot, although I didn't apply the
idea as I saw it but it will do it. In this blog I'll post several situations of my life and also a diary if I could.
I hope you enjoy this
blog and I'd like to get feedback and receive your comments and suggestions.
Thanks again for reading,
Ahmad
